During World War II, however, he joined the Admiralty's Research Laboratory.
After the war, Wright joined Marconi's research department and,
according to Spycatcher, he was instrumental in resolving a difficult
technical problem. The CIA sought Marconi's assistance over a covert listening device (or
"bug") that had been found in a replica of the Great Seal of the United States
presented to the U.S. Ambassador in Moscow in 1945 by the Young
Pioneer organization of the Soviet Union. Wright determined that the
bugging device, dubbed The Thing, was actually a tiny capacitive
membrane (a condenser microphone) that became active only when 330 MHz
microwaves were beamed to it from a remote transmitter. A remote receiver could then
have been used to decode the modulated microwave signal and permit
sounds picked up by the microphone to be overheard. The device was
eventually attributed to Soviet inventor, Léon Theremin.

In 1954 Wright was recruited as principal scientific officer for MI5. According
to his memoirs, he then was either responsible for, or intimately involved
with, the development of some of the basic techniques of ELINT, for example:

Operation ENGULF, acoustic cryptanalysis of Egyptian Hagelin cipher
machines in 1956; Operation RAFTER remote detection of passive radio
receivers used by Soviet agents through detecting emanations from the
local oscillator, in 1958 (a technique now more commonly used to
enforce payment of television licences); and Operation STOCKADE, analysis of
compromising emanation from French cipher machines in 1960. In
addition Wright claimed that he was regularly involved in black bag jobs to illegally install
bugs for the government, and that MI5 was so well organised for this they even had expert tradesmen on hand to rapidly and undetectably effect repairs in the event that someone bungled and made a mess whilst installing a bug. He also claimed that MI5 was involved in a conspiracy to remove Labour prime minister Harold Wilson. /////

சில சுவாரசியமான உளவு வேலைகள் :

1962இல் சோவியத் ரஸ்ஸியாவை உளவு பார்க்க U-2 என்ற
மிக நவீன விமானம் மூலம் அமேரிக்கர்கள் 7 மைல்
உயரத்தில் பறந்து படம் பிடித்தனர். 7 மைல் உயரம் தாக்கும் விமான்
எதிர்ப்பு பீரங்கிகள், ஏவுகணைகள், போர் விமானங்கள்
அப்போது ரஸ்சியாவிடம் இல்லை. அமெரிக்க விமானங்கள் துருக்கியில்ல் உள்ள நேடோ விமான தளத்திலிருந்துதான பறந்தன. கே.ஜி.பி ஒரு துருக்கிய உளவாளியை அந்த விமான தளத்தில் ஒரு சாதாரண கூலித் தொழிலாளியாக அனுப்பியது. ஓடுபாதை மற்றிம் விமானங்களை சுற்றிய இடங்களை கூட்டிப் பெருக்கும் வேலை. ஒரு இரவில், யாரும் பார்க்காத சமயத்தில் விமானத்தில் நுழைந்த அந்த உளவாளி, Altimeter (விமானம் பறக்கும் உயர‌த்தை காட்டும் கருவி) கருவியை பேனலில் பொருத்த உதவிய வலது பக்க ஸ்க்ரூவை
மட்டும் கழட்டி அதற்க்கு பதிலாக ஒரு காந்த சக்தி மிகுந்த
ஒரு ஸ்க்ரூவை மாட்டினார். வேறு எந்த கோளாரும் செய்யாமல் சத்தமில்லாமல் வெளியேறினார்.

அடுத்த நாள் காலை, காரி பவர்ஸ் என்ற அமேரிக்க விமானி அந்த விமானத்தை வழக்கம் போல கிளப்பி ரஸ்ஸியாவை படம்பிடிக்க ஆரம்பித்தார். காந்த ஸ்குரு இழுத்தால் விமானம் 7 மைல் உயரத்திற்க்கும் மிக தாழ்வாக பறக்கும் போதே, அந்த அல்டிமேட்டர் 7 மைல் அலகை காட்டியது. உடனே ரஸ்ஸியர்கள் ஒரு விமான எதிர்ப்பு ஏவுகணையை
செலுத்தி அந்த அமேரிக்க விமானத்தை சுட்டு வீழ்த்தினார்கள். காரி பவர்ஸ்
பாராச்சூட் மூலம் தரை இறங்கி சிறை பிடிக்கப்பட்டர். அதன் பின்
அமெரிக்க வேவு விமானங்கள் வரவில்லை. ரஸ்ஸியர்கள் உண்மையிலேயே 7 மைல் உயர்த்தில் பற்க்கும் விமானத்தை தாக்கும் ஏவுகணையை உருவாக்கிவிட்டாதாகவே அமேரிக்கார்கள் வெகு காலத்திற்க்கு நம்பினார்கள். :))))

முக்கிய அலுவலங்களில் செகரட்ரைகளாக பணி புரியும் அவலட்சனமான, குண்டான முதிர் கன்னிகளை மிக அழகான வாலிப உள்வாளிகளின் காதல் வலையில் வீழ்த்தி தகவல்களை பெறுவது ஒரு நூதனமான முறை.

பிரபஞ்சத்தின் ஆரம்ப கணங்கள் (Big Bang Theory)

சுமார் 1350 கோடி வருடங்களுக்கு முன் சிங்குலாரிட்டி
(Singularity)என்ற ஒருமை புள்ளியில் இருந்து வெடித்டு
துவங்கியது இந்த பிரபஞ்சம். அந்த வெடிப்பு கணத்தின்
போது தான் காலமும், இடமும் பிறந்தன. அதற்க்கு முன்
மேட்டர் / என்டி மேட்டர் இரண்டும் சம அளவில் இருந்து பாலன்ஸ் செய்து கொண்டனவாம்.

அந்த ஒருமை புள்ளி கணத்தில் இருந்து வெடித்து சிதறி
இன்றும் ஒரு ஊதப்படும் பலூன் போல இந்த பிரபஞ்சம் விரிவடைந்து கொண்டே போகிறது.

அந்த ஒருமை புள்ளி கணத்திற்க்கு முன் 'ஒன்றுமே' இல்லை. காலம், இடம்
இரண்டும் இல்லை. அவை இரண்டும் இல்ல

அறியும், புரிந்து கொள்ளும். அவற்றிடம் உயரம் என்ற மூன்றாவது பரிமாணம்
ஒன்று உள்ளது. மூன்று பரிமானங்கள் உள்ள உலகில் உருண்டை, ப்ரிஸம், உருளை
போன்ற 'ஜீவன்கள்' எடை மற்றும் அடர்த்தியுடன் வாழ்கின்றன என்று விளக்க
முயற்ச்சித்தால், அந்த இரு பரிமாண 'ஜீவன்களுக்கு' புரியாது அல்லவா. அதே
போல்தாம் மனிதர்களுகு நான்காவது பரிமாணம் பற்றி கற்பனை செய்வது இயலாது..

அதே போல்தான் சிங்குலாரிட்டி எனப்படும் ஒருமைபுள்ளி என்ற ஆரம்ப கணத்தின்
முன் 'ஒன்றுமே' இல்லா நிலை. காலமும், இடமும் இல்லா நிலை.

ஹப்புள் என்ற விஞ்ஞானி ரெட் ஷிஃப்ட் என்ற விசயத்தை கண்டுபிடித்தார்.
அதவாது நம் புமியிலிருந்து ஒரு கால்க்ஸி எத்தனை துரத்தில் உள்ளதோ அந்த
தூரத்திற்க்கு நேர்விகிதத்தில் அவற்றின் (ப‌ரப்ஞ்சத்தின்
மைப்புள்ளியிலிருந்து விரிவடையும்) விலகிச் செல்லும் வேகம் உள்ளது.
அதிலிருந்து வெளிப்படும் ரேடியோ கதிர்வீச்சு அகச்சிவப்பு கதிர்களின் அலகை
நோக்கின் 'நகர்ந்துள்ளது'.

1964இல் பென்ஸியாஸ், வில்சன் என்ற இரு விஞ்ஞானிகள் 'காஸ்மிக்
பாக்கரவுண்ட் மைக்ரோவேவ் ரேடியேஸன்' (Cosmic microwave background
radiation)என்ற பிரபஞ்சம் முழுவதும் விரவியிருக்கும் சிற்றலை (ஒரு வகை
வெப்ப அலை)பற்றி எதேச்சயாக கண்டுபிடித்தனர். அதற்காக நோபல் பரிசு
வென்றனர். அந்த கண்டுபிடிப்பு பிக் பாங் தியரியை உறுதி செய்தது. ஆரம்ப கண
வெடிப்பு சிதறல் போது உருவான வெப்ப அலைகளின் தற்போதை வடிவம் பிரபஞ்சம்
முழுவதும் சம அளவில் பரவி உள்ளது..

radiation on the dynamics of distant astrophysical systems in 2000
proved the Copernican Principle, that the Earth is not in a central
position, on a cosmological scale.[37] Radiation from the Big Bang was
demonstrably warmer at earlier times throughout the universe. Uniform
cooling of the cosmic microwave background over billions of years is
explainable only if the universe is experiencing a metric expansion,
and excludes the possibility that we are near the unique center of an

அதை படித்துவிட்டு கடும் சினத்துடன் யார் இந்த துண்டுச்சீட்டை
அனுப்பியவர் என்று கர்ஜித்தார். அனுப்பியவர் பயந்து கொண்டு கம்மென்று
இருந்தார்.

பிறகு ஒரு கள்ளச்சிரிப்போடு குருஷேவ் சொன்னார் :

"கேள்வி கேட்ட இந்த் நபர் இப்போது இருக்கும் நிலைமையில் தான் அன்று நான்
இருந்தேன்."

Transparency International India recently exposed how the Indian
Government is not seeking information from the German Government about
billions of dollars of un-accounted money that belongs to the people
of India , lying in Liechtenstein , a small German county.

A number of other countries like the USA , Finland , Norway , Sweden ,
Canada , Italy , the UK and Ireland , whose nationals are also
included in the same list, are seriously collecting information about
their citizens.

As per Transparency International, if asked, the German Government has
offered to provide information on accounts to various nations the
world over including India , free of cost, but India refuses to take
the offer.

I had foreseen this attitude of the government, pointing out clearly
in my book Who Owns CBI: The Naked Truth that, "it will not be easy to
take any step in this direction, as the first obstacle will come from
Indian elites, who are holding such accounts/assets abroad. They will
oppose any such move tooth and nail. But no meaningful fight against
corruption, black money and plethora of economic offences can be
really successful without such radical measures."

I had attempted the analysis in the context of Switzerland alone and
had assessed Indian wealth in that single country at $5 trillion.
There are some other well known 'slush parks' like St Kitts, Antigua ,
Bahamas , and Isle of Man that multiply such holdings manifold. Of
course, Switzerland remains the roof and crown of the slush parks and
if Indian wealth lying there is added and can be brought home, we will
turn into one of the top, rich nations on the globe.

Indian resources get transferred abroad where these are invested to
generate employment and incomes. Other countries develop and prosper
at our cost. No wonder Switzerland has the second highest per capita
income, with this criminal banking industry in the lead.

The holdings abroad cannot be checked as banks cover themselves with
the veil of secrecy. However, the slush money arising out of the drug
trade is being treated differently. If it is suspected that the money
in a bank has some relation with the drug trade, the secrecy laws
stand automatically relaxed, as these have been amended to that
extent.

It was done on the insistence of the big western powers, as drugs are
their problem. After the attack on the World Trade Centre in New York
on September 11, 2001, money held by terrorists has also been frozen.
For countries like India, all economic offenders including the
corrupt, as also the cooperating Swiss-bankers, are the 'Financial
Terrorists' or their harbourers.

The major problem of the third world is corruption, and the secrecy
laws aid and abet it. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the
people of countries like Switzerland are more like receivers of stolen
property and are leading a parasitic existence. This hypocrisy does
not go well with their famed high stance on morality.

They should abandon such laws and make their banking business open and
transparent. India should take up this question with Swiss banks, the
western world and with all possible international organisations,
including the UN, OECD etc.

Apart from bank accounts, another dimension is property or other
assets that could be purchased abroad. Since the agency of one country
cannot conduct investigations in another country, some rules need to
be framed so that the particulars of deposits or properties held
abroad could be known to the mother country, in the name of whose
citizens these may stand.

Whenever a bank account is opened by an Indian citizen abroad, or
property is purchased, the particulars should be communicated to the
Indian authorities. All details should be maintained in a National
Property Register.

In criminal cases, on instructions from the CBI, the accounts should
automatically be frozen, the lockers, the properties and other assets
sealed and ultimately these assets be disposed of as per directions of
the Indian courts. For obtaining/supplying such information, the 'dual
criminality' norm may not be insisted upon, as corruption is a crime
everywhere, only some technical details may differ.

Once this happens, hiding black incomes abroad will become very
difficult and practically impossible. The country expects action from
the Prime Minister who is revered as an economist, as an academician
and as an honest person.

It may be argued that the government will fall as most of the elites,
including some of the civil servants, also hold such slush. The moot
point is whether the PM owes his loyalty to such criminals or to the
nation. What if the government of the day falls, the nation will
surely rise.

கட்சி சில காலமாக கூச்சல் போடுகிறது.

இடது சாரிகள் ஆதரவு வாபஸ் ஆனவுடன், காங்கிரஸ் அரசுக்கு இன்று சமாஜ்வாடி
கட்சியின் முழு ஆதரவு தேவையாகிவிட்டது. இனி அனில் அம்பானியின் கை ஓங்கும்
என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்டுகிறது.

பெட்ரோலியத் துறை அமைச்சர் முரளி தியோராவை பதவி நீக்கம் செய்ய அவர்கள்

Though I have never invested in the shares of Reliance Industries, my
recently gleaned understanding of the world petroleum scenario has
made me respect the company's vision in its refining projects. As I
mentioned once earlier, RIL's existing refinery, and the one nearing
construction, reportedly have unparalleled flexibility to process
heavy, high-sulphur (so-called sour) crude, especially that emanating
from Iran. This crude sells at a huge discount to other crudes; once
it is refined into diesel, though, RIL is able to sell the resultant
distillates, especially diesel, into a world market which is thirsty
for such products.

Most mature consumers, the US especially, have made no investment in
refining capacity over the last 2 decades, and strategic thinkers in
the petroleum industry go so far as to say that RIL's investments are
changing the pattern of world flows in petroleum and petroleum
products.

For this reason, I have recently turned from a bear on RIL to a mildly
positive neutral. Until last week, that is. With Mulayam Singh and
Amar Singh all but in the ruling coalition, suddenly life has become
difficult for Mukesh Ambani. The first salvo across his bows was a
minor irritant, namely the questioning of concessional import duty
paid on two private jets.

More significantly, there are now calls for a 'windfall tax' on
profits RIL is making on its refining operations. Nothing could more
arbitrary than such a tax; windfall taxes have been discussed in the
US, on the extra profits oil companies make when commodity prices
suddenly ramp up - the implicit logic being that the companies have
done nothing to earn this extra profit. I disagree with such taxes, in
any case, since anyone who invests in an industry, resource-based or
otherwise, runs the risk of prices being lower than he anticipated -
in which case he is not compensated by the exchequer.

But in the proposal that RIL be taxed, all one sees is the
vindictiveness of those opposed to him. If RIL is making higher
profits than other refineries, this is due to its far-sightedness in
investing in a more complex and sophisticated refinery. The profits
accruing from such an operation are far from a 'windfall', a term
normally used to describe a lottery win, for example. If this
nonsensical suggestion is accepted by the government, it will send out
a signal that Indian governance is of the banana republic variety.

அவரின் செயலாளர் மற்றும் சகாவான
எம்.ஓ.மாத்தாய் எழுதிய 'நேரு காலத்து நினைவுகள்'
என்ற நூலில் இதை குறிப்பிட்டு, நேரு மறையும்

அதேபோல ஹஜ் பயணம் மேற்கொள்வதைவிட ஏழை பெண்களுக்கு திருமணம் செய்துவைப்பது
மிகவும் நல்லது என்று முகமது நபி(ஸல்) கூறியுள்ளதாகவும் தெரிகிறது.

ஆனால் நடைமுறையில் இந்தியாவில் வசிக்கும் இஸ்லாமியர்களில்
மிகப்பெரும்பான்மையினர் வறுமையில் வாட, சிறுபான்மை இஸ்லாமியர்கள் மட்டுமே
செல்வசெழிப்புடன் வசிக்கின்றனர்.

இவர்களுக்கு சமூக சிந்தனைகளும் இருப்பதில்லை. இஸ்லாமிய மார்க்கத்தில்
கூறப்பட்டுள்ள விஷயங்களையும் இவர்கள் கடைபிடிப்பதில்லை. (விதிவிலக்குகள்

இதைவிட கொடுமை என்னவென்றால், இந்து மதத்தின் அடிவேறான சாதியக்
கொடுமைகளால் சீரழிக்கப்பட்டு இஸ்லாமிய மதத்திற்கு மாறியவர்களை, அங்கும்
அதே சாதிப்பாகுபாடுகள் தொடர்ந்து துரத்துவதுதான்.

பொது சிவில் சட்டம் : அதை ஏன் இன்றும் இஸ்லாமிய தலைவர்கள் மற்றும் ஆண்கள்
(பெண்கள் அல்ல) ஏற்க மறுக்கின்றனர் ?

விவாகரத்து, சொத்துரிமை, ஜீவனாம்சம், பாகப்பிரிவினை
போன்ற விசியங்கள் அனைத்து மக்களுகும் பொதுதானே.
அதில் மட்டும் ஏன் இன்னும் ஷாரியாத் சட்டத்தை
மட்டும்தான் ஏற்ப்போம் என்று பிடிவாதம் ? ஆணாதிக்கம்
மிகுந்த நியாமில்லா சட்டம் அது.

சரி, கிரிமினல் குற்றங்கலுக்கும் ஷாரியத்தை (சவுதி
அரேபியா போல்) இந்தியாவில் பயன்படுத்த என்ன
தயக்கம் ? ஒராவஞ்னை ? இரட்டை வேடம் இது.

பெண்களை அடிமைபடுத்தும் சட்டம் ஆண்களால்
இன்றும் நிலை நிறுத்தப் படுகிறது. இதற்க்கு சால்ஜாப்பு
வேறு. நடுவு நிலைமை, நேர்மையே இல்லையா ?
